Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
- Order cutoff time: 10:00 PM (GMT+01:00 Central European Time / Brussels)
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday)
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (Monday through Friday)
We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen delays related to customs, shipping carriers, or peak seasons may occasionally affect delivery times.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. If expedited shipping options become available, they will be shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking number from the email to track your order. Visit our tracking page and enter the number to check the current status of your delivery.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If you still need assistance, contact our support team at support@shoprdam.com.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@shoprdam.com.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can still request a return once your package arrives.
Can I return my order?
Not happy with your purchase? No problem.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email us at support@shoprdam.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
